Olukuhle Consultants provides business registration, tax, compliance and tender-related advisory services, including but not limited to CIPC registration, SARS services, COIDA, CIDB, CSD registration, B-BBEE support, company profiles, business plans and tender assistance.

Quotations & Bookings

Quotations requested through our website are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted once your specific requirements have been reviewed by our team. Consultation bookings made through our online booking page are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information required to process your registration, application or compliance matter. Delays or errors resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the client are not the responsibility of Olukuhle Consultants.

Fees & Payment

Service fees will be communicated and agreed upon before work commences. Statutory fees payable to third parties (such as CIPC or SARS) are separate from our professional service fees, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Refunds

Consultation bookings and service fees are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

While we take every care to ensure applications and submissions are accurate and timely, Olukuhle Consultants cannot guarantee outcomes that are ultimately determined by third-party government bodies or institutions.
